The complex was developed by Waltham Forest HAT and successor organisation O-Regen in conjunction with Leyton Orient Community Sports Programme.Leaps and Bounds Director, Henry Woodlock commented "It is great to see the facility finally open and it really is impressive. It will make a massive difference to the regeneration effort in the area".Woodlock continues, "Having been a Trustee of Leyton Orient Community Sports Programme at the time of planning the SCORE project, it is fantastic to see the results. It is just a shame my business committments prevented me still being a Trustee by the time of opening. Nevertheless, I am really pleased with the outcome- a blueprint for future projects i'm sure"
